This private event at the McIntyre is open to anyone who will be participating in professional photos. To respect the generosity of the Philbeck family, we do ask that only those participating in the professional photos are in attendance. Thank you in advance!
The large group photo of all of the participating kids will be at 3:45pm PROMPT. We will not be able to wait so please plan your time accordingly.
Time Blocks below will accommodate 10 people each. Once the event is fully booked, I will send out a schedule with everyone's time to the email you have booked with. Please check with your date if you would like your photos back to back (in the same Time Block) if that is important to you as we will go in order of how this is booked.
The total cost to participate is $50, there is a $15 non-refundable retainer fee due today to hold you spot and your balance of $35 will be due on prom day.
Your package includes everything listed on the flyer.
PLEASE BE ON TIME, if you miss your Time Block I will take you at the very end IF we have time.
If you are having a friend photo instead of a date photo, your friends MUST be there during your Time Block in order for this to run on time.
The family photo includes immediate family only.
